When do quotes arrive?

Quotes land in the app as pros reply — sorted with the lowest price first. We’ll keep you posted as replies come in.

What if I get no quotes?

A quote isn’t always the first thing back — pros often start with a question or an offer to come look before they put a number on it. That counts: it’s how real prices start, and you’ll see it in the app. The only outcome we treat as a failure is total silence, and we don’t leave a request there — CrewButton automatically follows up with every business that hasn’t answered and keeps you posted on who’s engaged and what happens next. And if nobody replies within 48 hours, your $4.99 is refunded automatically — you don’t have to ask. If something else went wrong with your request, email jude@crewbutton.com — we’ll make it right.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap your avatar in the bar at the bottom of the screen, scroll to the bottom of the account panel, and tap Delete account. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. That removes your account and associated data. If you can’t sign in or have uninstalled the app, email us and we’ll take care of it — full details on Delete your account.

Are pros vetted?

No. We find independent local businesses from public listings and let them compete on price — we don’t screen, endorse, or guarantee any business. If you hire one, the work agreement is directly between you and the pro. Always check reviews, licensing, and insurance before you hire, and confirm the details directly with the business.
