Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the CrewButton app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Econ Labs LLC ("Econ Labs", "we", "us"). By using CrewButton, you agree to these Terms.

What CrewButton does

CrewButton lets you describe a job once and sends your request to matching local service professionals, then collects their price quotes in one place. CrewButton is a marketplace venue and connection tool only. CrewButton is not a contractor, home services provider, employer, agency, broker, or insurer. Service professionals are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or contractors of CrewButton. Any contract for work is formed solely and directly between you and the professional you hire; we are not a party to any agreement, work, or transaction between you and a professional, and we do not perform the services quoted. CrewButton makes no warranty of any kind regarding the workmanship, quality, timeliness, safety, or legality of any professional's work, and any dispute about the work is between you and that professional alone.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate request information and use the Service lawfully.
• Only upload photos and content you have the right to share.
• Independently evaluate any professional before hiring. Quotes are estimates provided by third parties.

No objectionable content or abusive behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content or behavior on CrewButton. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harmful, and you may not abuse or harass other users or professionals. You can report a quote or message you find objectionable from within the app; we review reports and will remove violating content and terminate the accounts of users or professionals who violate this policy.

Professionals & quotes

Quotes are submitted by independent service professionals and are not guaranteed by Econ Labs. Pricing, availability, licensing, and quality are the responsibility of each professional. Verify credentials and terms directly with them.

Purchases

Some features may require a paid credit or purchase. Any purchases made through the app are processed by the applicable app store and subject to its terms. Fees are disclosed before purchase.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Econ Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, work, or quotes of any professional.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
